...this remains brilliantly expressive with notably ripe but bright and very fresh red berry fruit, plum and warm earth aromas trimmed in a bit of wood spice. There is outstanding richness to the supple and elegantly textured middle weight flavors that possess particularly lovely balance and harmony as well as terrific length. This really fans out on the finish and while the overall impression is a bit riper than I personally prefer, I suspect that it will tighten up in a few years to become more precise and harmonious.
