"Blind, I would have identified this as a Chevalier as it is so incredibly linear and direct with minerality to burn plus simply fantastic precision and then tack on a finish that was so long that I could still taste it the next morning. It is also quite powerful, perhaps even more powerful than the Demoiselles and the flavors are a bit more opulent and sumptuous with slightly lower acidity. This is a complete wine, seamless, perfectly integrated, concentrated, complex and should develop over a decade and last for two or more. A Montrachet as it should be."
