Golden yellow color. When first opened, there were slight hints of oxidation yet with air, they blew off to reveal ripe, exotic and fully mature aromas that display completely secondary characteristics (but no sous bois) and lead to rich, full and vibrant full-bodied flavors blessed with buckets of dry extract that are rich to the point of opulence yet the acidity is more than sufficient to maintain excellent balance.
