"Dense, chewy and leathery, with a strong gravelly, minerally edge to the dried currant, herb and sage flavors. The tannins are drying, too, giving the finish a clipped feel. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot."
