"he 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon possesses an opaque inky/purple color, and a gorgeous nose of graphite, creme de cassis, cedar, and new oak. This rich, intense effort displays Cabernet Sauvignonâs potential when planted on the west side of Paso Robles. This gorgeous Cabernet can compete with the finest Napa Valley cult wines . . ."
