"The 2007 Estate CuvĂ©e is 49% Syrah, 37% Cabernet and 14% Petit Verdot up in 100% new French oak. Another ripe, sexy red that does everything right, it offers tons of plums, blackberry jam, spice box and licorice, with hints of violets. Hitting the palate with a voluptuous, rounded, layered texture that just begs another drink, itâs right in the middle of its drink window yet can safely be kept . . ."
