"Nose: wow, celery on steroids, lively & exciting, aspargus, broccoli; Taste: "WOW, as COMPLETE A BOTTLE of white Burgundy/chardonnay as I've had in a long time"; not too creamy, amazing hints of pine cone, clove, asparagus w/ tons of butter, put away for 10 yrs.; Acidity & complexity, structure, mid-palate, finish all integrate like a perfect puzzle; very impressed."
