"[From vines that average 90 years of age - harvested at 13.4% and fermented for 26 days.] Deep ruby. This is ever-so-slightly fresher with a similarly ripe nose of black cherry liqueur, plum and cassis nuanced by spice and warm earth aromas leading to extraordinarily rich and sappy full-bodied, deep and wonderfully rich, palate staining flavors and huge length on the velvety, sweet and opulent finish. This is a massive wine of simply unbelievable concentration yet it retains a fine sense of balance, which will enable this to live for decades. I wouldn't touch a bottle for 15 years but in 2050, this will still be alive and well."
