It's fabulous, gooey-sweet in apricots, honey, vanilla, peaches and cream and ripe, sweet bananas sautéed in butter. It's all folded into the most unctuous, butter cream texture. Thank goodness for the acids. Deliriously addictive. Mostly Semillon, with Sauvignon Blanc."
