"Pale green-yellow color. Captivating aromas of dried fruits, powdered stone and honey. Dense, rich and stony, with powerful acids framing and intensifying the wine's fruit and mineral elements. (A bit of noble rot in these vines concentrated the acids in addition to the sugars, said Boxler.) This has compelling depth of texture and power. Finishes extremely ripe but dry, with just the faintest hint of its seven grams of residual sugar."

The world's most influential fine-wine producer and the benchmark for Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhone. Its appellation (AOC) system codifies geography, grape and method, and its wines set the global standard for age-worthiness and terroir expression.
Sheltered by the Vosges mountains, Alsace produces aromatic, mostly dry varietal whites - Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris - of exceptional purity and ageability.
A highly aromatic white of piercing acidity and transparency to terroir, ranging from bone-dry to lusciously sweet. It ages remarkably and is the noble grape of Germany and Alsace.
