"Deep garnet colored, the 2007 Pedregal Proprietary Red is sporting a gregarious blackberry pie and blueberry compote-scented nose with touches of mocha, wood smoke, unsmoked cigars and Chinese five spice plus a touch of potpourri. Full-bodied, concentrated and aging at a glacial pace, the built-like-a-brick-house palate is only just starting to budge into tertiary characters, finishing with incredible length and depth."
