"The 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an opaque dark ruby color, as well as a huge nose with aromas reminiscent of leg of lamb cooked over a wood fire and doused with Provencal herbs. The gorgeous, big, meaty, herbaceous, sweet, black fruit aromas and flavors are followed by super-ripe, rich, luxurious flavors. There is plenty of tannin to provide the framework, and the result is one of the most impressive wines I have yet to taste from this superb estate."
