"Very deep garnet-purple in color, this St Henri has a very pretty floral nose with notes of violets, choco-mint, warm blackberry and nutmeg plus a faint hint of black olives. Purely fruited in the mouth, the rich fruit is nicely balanced by refreshing acid and a medium-firm level of fine-grained tannins, finishing long."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
Syrah (Shiraz) produces dark, powerful reds with black fruit, pepper and smoked-meat notes. It yields elegant, perfumed wines in the northern Rhone and bold, rich styles in Australia.
