"(A blend of predominantly cinsault and grenache, with bits of other varieties, all from old vines): Very pale peach skin color. Complex scents of orange pith, strawberry and candied lavender, along with a saline mineral underpinning. Silky in texture and seamless, with deep citrus and floral pastille flavors, intense minerality and impressive back-end lift. Develops a spicy character with air, which adds bite to the long, mineral-driven finish. I really like this lithe wine's power."
