"The 2005 Yattarna Chardonnay was barrel-fermented, went through malolactic fermentation, and was aged on its lees for nine months in 55% new French oak before bottling without filtration. Rounder and richer than Reserve Bin 06A, It, too, will blossom with several more years of bottle age. Drink it through 2017."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most versatile white grape, producing everything from steely Chablis to rich, oaked whites. Its neutrality makes it a mirror of terroir and winemaking, and the foundation of white Burgundy and Champagne.
