"Pale, bright straw with a faint yellow edge. Fragrant, stony, minerally aromas of dried flowers, melon and lemon blossom, with dusty nuances of clove and nutmeg. Seamless, tightly crafted and very long. Supple, juicy flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and mango are nicely complemented by nutty, vanillin oak. Finishes with citrus-like acids and a lingering mineral presence. Very polished chardonnay. . ."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
The world's most versatile white grape, producing everything from steely Chablis to rich, oaked whites. Its neutrality makes it a mirror of terroir and winemaking, and the foundation of white Burgundy and Champagne.
