"A gentle caress of flavor, this wineâs wild fruit character seems to last for minutes. It has the plumpness of fraises des bois at the edge of a sunny field, a dark-toned spice, the fragrance of rose petal jam. The delicacy and sweetness of the wine creates a red transparency, pierced by a stream of bubbles."
