"Camarda's top wine, named Sorella in honor of his deceased sister, is typically one of the finest offerings out of Washington state. The 1999 Sorella is the finest wine Camarda has produced to date. Its red fruit-based aromatics display cherries, raspberries, and currants. It marvelously combines focus and delineation with density and exceptional amounts of fruit. Candied red cherries dominate this juicy, seamless, yet well-structured wine's personality. Its exemplary finish exhibits polished tannin and superb length."
