"The bouquet is à point and quite classic in its aromatic blend of red and black cherries, mint, cigar ash, lovely soil tones, incipient notes of chipotle and just a touch of tariness. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and quite refined on the attack, with good mid-palate depth, melted tannins, lovely focus and very good length and grip on the finish."
