"The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Fortis is meant to be the choicest selection from all of this estate’s vineyard holdings. Its opaque purple color is followed by a classic bouquet of blackberries, cassis, camphor and graphite. Super-rich, supple and full-bodied with cassis, blackberry, oak and floral flavors, this is a tour de force in winemaking as well as one of the greatest wines I have ever tasted from Pine Ridge. It should offer delicious drinking over the next 20-25 years."
