"Deep ruby-tinged red. Ripe, spicy, perfumed nose combines slightly confectionary raspberry, plum and blueberry fruitiness with light, cedary oak. Creamy and fleshy in the mouth, with the bright, succulent palate offering intense, mouthfilling cherry and plum flavors before an earthy, savory finish of smoked meats and soft tannins. Charming, honest and uncomplicated. A very approachable blend that carries its 14.5% alcohol with ease."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
Syrah (Shiraz) produces dark, powerful reds with black fruit, pepper and smoked-meat notes. It yields elegant, perfumed wines in the northern Rhone and bold, rich styles in Australia.
