"The 2007 Enchanted Path, a blend of 67% Shiraz and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, is aged in mostly American oak, 70% new. Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
Syrah (Shiraz) produces dark, powerful reds with black fruit, pepper and smoked-meat notes. It yields elegant, perfumed wines in the northern Rhone and bold, rich styles in Australia.
