"The 2005 Shiraz âSophiaâs Garden,â sourced from Padthaway, gives up notes of clove, soy, leather, pepper, and blackberry. It is the most tannic of the Garden Series and somewhat muted. Perhaps 6-8 years in the cellar will allow the wine to blossom but that is a gamble."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
