"A now largely mature nose is elegant still exceptionally pure with aromas of green fruit, stone, iodine and oyster shell that are followed by silky, rounded and incredibly complex flavors displaying stunning length. I particularly like the mouth feel as it's substantial yet energetic as well as the buckets of Chablis character. A veritable classic that is drinking well now though one that should continue to hold well if desired. In a word, sensational."
