"Stylistically, this closely resembles the Vaudésir as the wood spice and vanilla are present and serve to highlight the ripe floral and green fruit aromas. However, the dry extract is such that the ripe, big, powerful and mouth drenching flavors have largely if not completely integrated the wood. I particularly like the authoritative finale here as there is a lovely pain grillé, citrus and oyster shell character to it. In a word, this is impressive for its size and weight and it is a big '04."
