The rich, full-bodied flesh is well supported by very crisp acid and a medium-high level of very silky tannins. The finish is very long lending lingering notes of mint, coffee and baking spices." 95 WS "Distinctive, juicy and tremendously aromatic with cardamom- and white pepper-scented blackberry, cherry and licorice flavors spreading generously across the tongue, all beautifully woven together to sail on and on through the long finish. Tannins are already integrated."
