"From an unfamiliar winery, Frazier's impressive 1995 Merlot Lupine Hill will have me searching out subsequent vintages. This is a textbook, plump, rich Merlot with a dark ruby/purple color, as well as fragrant aromas of white chocolate and cherry jam. Thick, with a soft, unctuously-textured, full-bodied personality, this rich, plush, hedonistically satisfying Merlot is a fruit and body-driven wine with a subtle dosage of oak."
