"The 2008 Pinot Noir Black Cap Reserve is an equal parts blend of Bishopâs Creek and Estate fruit. It displays an arresting nose of Asian spices, incense, floral notes, underbrush, black cherry, and black raspberry. Already complex on the palate, it possesses outstanding volume, concentration, and an overall elegant personality. It, too, should have a drinking window extending from 2013 to 2023, perhaps longer."
