"The 2005 Chardonnay Clos Pepe displays fabulous minerality as well as wonderful notes of lemon oil, white currants, and white peaches. It is an intense, full-bodied white exhibiting extraordinary respect for the raw materials without altering them except for the simple process of taking grapes and fermenting them into dry wines. Sadly, production is a mere 3,500 bottles."
