"An ever-so-mildly exotic nose of extract of white peach, apple, pear and spice aromas is very much in keeping with the superbly complex, opulent and seductively textured flavors that exude a firm minerality on the explosively long, saline and impeccably well-balanced finish. This is seriously impressive and manages to even out-class the Bâtard. If you can find it, buy it."
