"Medium ruby-red. Cool aromas of dark berries, mint and spices. Rich and dense but cool, with lively flavors of berries and flowers complicated by coffee and chocolatey oak. Finishes with broad, ripe tannins and very good length. The caramel note on the finish here would nicely complement short ribs."
