"Very good depth of color, solid core, delicate rim variation. A touch of olive, notes of dried herbs, dark caramel, orange zest and notes of cassis, and a hint of mint with air. Juicy texture, minty-lemony nuances, spicy tannins that slowly but surely are reaching the end of their viability, a touch of blackberries and a pleasant extract sweetness in the finish."
