"Medium red. Strawberry, plum, meat, cappuccino, loam and vanillin oak on the nose. Strawberry fruit complicated by tobacco and earth notes. Strong supporting acids give the wine a very firm edge, even a slight austerity today. Quite persistent on the back end."
