"Very deep ruby-tinged red. The nose offers a heady, concentrated perfume, with layers of perfectly ripened small red berries, cassis and dark plum; exotic spices; and dark chocolate and vanillin notes from the fine-grained, smoky oak. Sumptuously proportioned and deep, with highly concentrated flavors of blackberry, raspberry, plum, white pepper, clove and cinnamon, along with superripe but subtle hints of currant, prune and treacle. Tightly integrated at the finish thanks to velvety-smooth, perfectly ripe tannins. A Barossa classic."
