"Deep crimson. Very heady scent and very dramatic. 'This is the Languedoc!', I wrote in my notes. Full-throttle dry- farmed herby hillside fruit with a slight hint of water stress in its slightly dry tannins yet lots of gentle texture. Long and powerful."
