"The deep and complex nose offers up a fine mélange of apple, caraway seed, very complex minerality, brioche and a gently smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and wide open, with a fine core of fruit, bright acids, very elegant mousse and a very long, pure and complex finish that dances across the palate with zesty acids and a beautiful spine of minerality."
