89-92 ST "Good deep ruby. Slightly dusty aromas of black cherry, brambly dark berries, dark chocolate, leather and mint. Fleshy but quite bound-up at present, with a firm spine of acidity nicely balancing the wine sweetness. The slightly tart acids currently combine with the wine's tannins to give the finish a dry edge."
