"This wine takes about 5 minutes in the glass to begin opening, but wow, what a nose once it gets going! Mainly savoury aromas of toasted nut, marmite, and white truffles over lemon tart, butterscotch, creme brulee and chalk boards. A high level of refreshing acidity cuts through the silken, concentrated palate. Very long finish of pineapple pastry, dried mango, preserved ginger and minerals."
