"As it was when first reviewed, this remains wonderfully elegant and refined with an expressive and maturing nose of honeysuckle, white flower, anise, citrus and a very subtle hint of ginger that leads to beautifully pure, rich and well-concentrated flavors of excellent depth and purity, all wrapped in a long and persistent finish. This is already quite approachable and while for my taste there is enough upside remaining to warrant further cellaring, it's sufficiently close to its peak that it's no longer infanticide to open a bottle. Note however that this should enjoy a long life and thus patience should be well rewarded."
