"Smoke, iron, tar, incense, licorice and a host of dark aromas and flavors meld together in the glass. The 2010 Caldera is rich, layered and at times a bit wild, but the wine's balance is impeccable. A deeply spiced, resonant finish laced with cinnamon, cloves and incense rounds things out beautifully. The blend is 65% Mourvedre, 29% Grenache and 6% Counoise."
