"The 1999 Harmonie is a noteworthy achievement. The wine is a blend of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot, and 3% Syrah. An opaque black/purple color is accompanied by scents of blackberry liqueur intertwined with cassis, licorice, graphite, and toast. The wine is full-bodied, with a seamless texture, beautifully integrated acidity and tannin, and a long, layered, concentrated finish. It will live for two decades. This wine needs to be decanted at least an hour in advance."
