"Vivid purple. High-pitched aromas of black raspberry, violet, minerals and white pepper, with a subtle herbal quality in the background. Juicy, penetrating red and dark berry flavors show very good depth and clarity, becoming spicier and more floral with air. Tannins arrive late and add shape to the long, sappy, gently bitter finish. There?s real grip here but no hard edges."
