"One of Napaâs finest Cabernet Sauvignons is Flora Springsâ 2003 Hillside Reserve from the estateâs hillside vineyards in Rutherford. Sadly, there are only 500 cases of this dark ruby/purple-tinged beauty. Gorgeous aromas of black cherry liqueur, black currants, and sweet toasty oak are followed by a full-bodied, exuberant, voluptuously-styled Cabernet. While it reveals abundant tannin as well as structure, it is so pure, rich, and concentrated, it is hard to resist."
