"[All stainless steel.] Much riper and this displays borderline exotic notes of mango, peach and apricot but there is superb acid/fruit balance tightens up the rich, muscular flavors that possess solid depth and better than average length. There is certainly excellent density and depth of material plus a lovely finishing mineral element and this should drink well earlier than the Fourchaume."
