"Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon gives a powerful, multi-faceted nose of warm cassis, blackberry preserves, hung meat and violets over damp earth, black olives, black truffles and slightly burnt toast. Rich, full bodied and layered in the mouth, it has a great backbone of medium-high, balanced acid and medium-firm finely grained tannins. The finish is very long. A knock-out year for this benchmark Margaret River Cabernet! Enjoy it now through 2023+."

Renowned for powerful, richly fruited Shiraz, most famously from the Barossa Valley, alongside age-worthy Cabernet and cool-climate whites. A warm climate and old, ungrafted vines produce wines of generosity and depth.
