"Saturated deep ruby. Superripe aromas of blackberry and minerals. Wonderfully rich and deep, showing terrific verve to its dark berry and chocolate flavors. A step up in sweetness and sappiness from the regular Catena Malbec. Finishes chewy, broad and very long, with serious but fine tannins, a lingering note of licorice and great verve."
