"The Nuits AC is from the domaine’s own vines and it seems to have just a touch more depth this year than the Morey and Gevrey villages bottlings. The wine offers up a very pretty and stylish aromatic mélange of plums, black cherries, raw cocoa, a touch of nutskin, fresh herb tones, soil and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is medium-full and quite plush on the attack, with a sappy core of fruit, lovely focus, moderate tannins and very fine length and grip on the perfectly balanced finish. A classy village wine."
