"A very fresh and exceptionally elegant nose combines notes of red and blue pinot fruit as well as undertones of earth, violets and hint of spice that is also picked up on the cool, refined and nicely intense middle weight flavors that offer real depth and punch on the admirably long finish. This is only moderately structured though in this format, it will certainly require some medium-term patience. In short, a lovely effort that is soft enough that it could be enjoyed now, even in magnum format though it will certainly improve for years to come."
