"Good red-ruby color. Black raspberry, licorice and menthol aromas lifted by spices. Sweet, fat and sappy, with impressive breadth of flavor and enticing floral perfume. Finishes with dusty, broad tannins. This was sulfited a week before my visit following a very late malo but seemed to be unusually strong for this cuvee."
