"This wine merited 95 points when I first tasted it in 2004. Again, it possesses a DRC-like richness in addition to natural alcohol of 15.1%. It exhibits lots of raspberry, black currant, foresty underbrush and violet characteristics in its rich, full-bodied, opulent personality. Still a vigorously youthful, fresh, lively Pinot Noir, it will drink well for at least another decade. Obviously, my aging speculation on these wines ten years ago was completely off-base as the wines appear to be capable of lasting at least twice as long as I predicted."
